Orders are delivered within approximately 4-8 working days. Products are delivered by courier during office hours, Monday to Friday. Shipments and deliveries are not made on public holidays. Always choose an address where someone can receive the delivery. If you prefer to have your order sent to the office or reception, please also give the name of the contact person.

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

The courier will make another delivery attempt and/or you will receive an automated email in which to reschedule the delivery.

If you do not receive this email or the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please contact Customer Service.

We cannot deliver to post office boxes and poste restante. The order confirmation email gives the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the shipment in real time on the courier’s website. If you are a Registered User, you can track the shipment directly in the “My orders” section.
